As the wedding party and family take photos at the nuptial site, strolling acoustic musicians 'play' the guests along the pathway to the cocktail hour. The music will continue with a romantic and upbeat selection of recognizable tunes. Each song was selected by the bride and groom.

The bar is open for guests to select from a menu of options. Among the options are two signature cocktails one "his" and one "hers" - creating a festive personal flair to the hour.
Floral decor placed throughout the area is a romantic reminder of the theme of the day. This arrangement is loose and free spirited. It's natural and poetic, like the newly wedded couple.
Throughout the cocktail hour, passed appetizers are made available to guests. Among the fare are bite-sized meatballs. Each meatball is served with a personal, disposable pick and garnished with greens.
Also provided during cocktail hour is a charcuterie table of cheeses, fruits, breads and olives. The olive area is adorably marked with the fun-loving phrase "Olive You" - creating a cute topical conversation piece and additional comedic and romantic relief.
Adding color and flavor to the charcuterie table are small, lightly toasted breads with a pesto and fresh tomato topping. Each toast is garnished with a crumbling of asiago cheese.
Grilled shrimp and grits add to the southern charm of the atmosphere. The couple has created a hearty and comforting assortment of food to continue into the evening's festivities.
Following the cocktail hour, guests enter the reception area. A noteworthy featured area is the Sweetheart Table set-up for the couple to dine, have a few quiet moments, regroup, as well as visit with family and friends. This area will also serve as an opportunity for great photos.
Beautiful floral arrangements set atop reception tables for guests to admire. These florals coordinate with the themed colors of the day's events.
Hand-made flags printed: "Hooray!" sit atop each child's plate to allow them the opportunity to appropriately animate and physically celebrate in this festive environment.
Guests are invited to have their photo made in this festive VW bus setting. Props are provided for each participant to express their own style.
The tree provided with clips and string invite any photos guests might like to leave for the newlyweds. Here the tree also continues to anchor the evening's romantic theme.
In addition to tabled seating, a lounge area surrounds the dance floor. This area offers guests an additional option to mix, mingle, rest and participate by simply observing from a different vantage point.
The drip cake serves not only as a gloriously alluring sweet structure, it's an artistic piece of decor, representing the couple's aesthetic... classic, elegant, light and fun. The florals and figs provide a pop of color and a depth of texture. This cake is the perfect combination of elegance and down-to-earth appeal.
The groom's (very rich and delicious chocolate cake) is formed as the guitar his bride gifted him for their wedding day. The vintage guitar serves as a sentimental reminder of someone special from the groom's early life. This cake is not only delectable; but, adds to the eve's feels too.
To add to the opportunity to snack, sweet iced cookies are provided the guests. These cookies are fashioned after the significant trees storied, from start to finish, throughout this lovely love story.
The dazzling newlyweds share a tender moment with their good dog, Louie. Louie has, like the tree, been a beautiful player in this couple's story.
As the evening falls, the twinkly lights elevate the romantic vibes. A DJ is now serving up the music, dinner has completed; and, the ambiance continues to festively elevate.
A fun photo image is displayed at the reception of Louie and his 'girlfriend' keeping the mood enjoyable, light, and relaxed.
